Quality Management Training
Pharmaceutical companies should have a Quality Management System available in their environment, to have a formalized system available that documents processes, procedures, and responsibilities for achieving quality policies and objectives. A QMS helps coordinate and direct an organization’s activities to meet customer and regulatory requirements and improve its effectiveness and efficiency on a continuous basis
It is expressed as the organizational structure, policies, procedures, processes and resources needed to implement the QMS.
To ease your life Rescop has developed Quality Management training. During this training we will teach you the specifics what is needed to create a Quality Manual included policies, procedures and work instructions. This training combines the theory from the ISO 9001:2015 with exercises to simulate the practical implementation. The training is suitable for people who need to be aware or are responsible for creating and maintaining a Quality Management system. This training will take 1 day. The Quality Management training can be booked in our Open Classroom Schedule at one of our training locations, or as an In-Company training at your location.
Quality Management Foundation
The Quality Management Foundation training will include the theory from the ISO9001: 2015 standards, combined with the practical experience of our trainers and best practices from the industry. The foundation training is setup to teach trainees the basics in how to set up a QMS system.
Topics regarding QMS will be discussed, like:
- Terms and definitions?
- What is a QMS and what should be covered in a QMS (topics like Quality Manual, needed policies and procedures, CAPA and change management)
- Continuous improvement
